Nechoma Rosenberg

I am a strong believer in people being able to live authentic and empowered lives with the right help. In my work I like to provide a safe space for my clients to be able to access and understand their emotions and work towards the life they want to live. Something that I connect to very strongly is personal reflection, and I maintain that ongoing learning and working on my own self will ensure that I can do the best I can as a therapist with the people that I work with.

A goal of mine is helping others prioritize their own mental and emotional health, which can be a challenge. Every person deserves to get help when they need and should know that they can be kind to themselves. This is something I strive to constantly work on regularly. Another thing I find very important is being able to see a client where they are at and understanding their specific situations and needs in order to best be able to help them.

A lot of my clinical experience includes utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques in addition to other therapeutic modalities. I like to constantly expand my experience and learning to enhance my skills as a therapist whenever I can, by learning and taking part in understanding different therapeutic modalities and interventions, while also utilizing different creative outlets and the things that I have passion for.

I apply a variety of techniques, including mindfulness-based meditation, and guided imagery among others. What sets my approach apart is its ability to go beyond traditional limits, seamlessly integrating spirituality into the therapeutic process. Grounded in compassion and collaboration, our sessions are a joint journey towards your wellbeing, offering a therapeutic evidence that bridges ancient wisdom with modern techniques for a balanced and fulfilling existence.
